He has repeatedly won national and international competitions in contact karate, as well as WKF karate. He has a black belt from the 3rd. He is a judge of the republican rank. He is the chairman of the WKF Judges' Board of the Sumgayit City Branch of the Azerbaijan National Karate Federation. He is currently working as a coach in the karate (WKF) section of Judo Club 2012.
